In order to establish his own paradise as soon as possible and collect wealth, Hong Xiuquan promulgated and implemented the "sacred library" system. It is stipulated that the daily necessities of the people are uniformly distributed by the holy treasury. The people are not allowed to hide more silver or gold, and only a small amount of battle trophies can be kept, otherwise they will be required to cut them. In this way, the wealth of Shengku accumulated rapidly. But it disappeared when the city was broken. Therefore, all the doubts are on Zeng Guofan.
