1, wire cutting

With different sizes of molybdenum wires (a metal with high hardness), the shape of jewelry is cut at a very slow speed with a wire cutting machine, and then polished by hand. The more complicated the style, the more difficult it is and the slower the shipment.

2. Precision die casting

First, the sample is carved with wax, then put into special gypsum, the wax is removed, the raw materials are dissolved at the high temperature of 1500~2000 degrees, then poured into gypsum mold, pressurized, demoulded and polished by hand. Because die casting requires special gypsum molds, the prices are different.
