Wang Communication pointed out that international talents refer to talents who can display their talents and play a role in the international arena, and their types cover political, economic, military and cultural fields. Internationalized talents are a manifestation of quality. People who have studied abroad cannot be simply equated with international talents, nor can people who have worked abroad be equated with international talents.
Compared with foreign countries, there is a serious shortage of international senior talents in China. At present, there is an urgent need for four types of international talents: first, there is a lack of senior management, finance and insurance talents who understand international practices and are familiar with the rules of the World Trade Organization; Second, there is a lack of a large number of senior talents who have obtained international practice qualifications, such as certified public accountants and registered designers; Third, there is a lack of a group of talents who are proficient in using foreign languages to work directly; Fourth, there is a lack of a group of talents with strong computer application ability.
Wang Communication believes that with the further intensification of international competition, the role of international talents in economic development is becoming more and more important. Therefore, China should accelerate the internationalization of talents by vigorously introducing the most urgently needed overseas international talents, accelerating the internationalization of higher education, and strengthening the informationization and internationalization of the talent market.
