The treasure of Baba temple
The plaque "Jiuzhao Pavilion" hanging on the gate of Baba Temple was inscribed by Ma Zhenguo, governor of Sichuan North Road in the 30th year of Qing Qianlong (1765), and has been hung in Baba Temple for more than 240 years. The plaque is 55 cm wide, 135 cm high and 30 cm in diameter. Hollow carving, exquisite craftsmanship. There are several golden dragon coils in the plaque, which have high cultural relics and artistic value. Known as the "treasure of the town temple", it belongs to the national second-class cultural relics. Unfortunately, it was stolen in the early morning of July 22, 2006. Fortunately, the gold plaque stolen for 20 days was finally returned to Zhao intact under the painstaking efforts of the local police, which made the national cultural relics well preserved, which was also a blessing in misfortune.
