Miaocheng pavement

Jingxin waterfall

Roof form of Longhu Hall

Longmen left ventricular window

The foot of the counter, also called "ground cow", is the mouth of the wall. Generally, it becomes a tiger's figure, and here it becomes a pair of carp, symbolizing "carp yue longmen", which is very vivid.
Scroll stone steps
The stone steps at the entrance are made into a scroll shape that opens outward, which means welcoming tourists and has a charming shape.

The wall opposite to the left and right is called the opposite wall. Here it is made by the line cutting method of "water mill sinking flowers", and the lines are sunken inward. Realistic action, full of aesthetic feeling, is an excellent work.

Sanchuan Zaojing

This algae well is octagonal, and the bucket is covered with colorful paintings, which is dazzling; The pedestal and vertical wood supporting the caisson are exquisite and considerable.

Plaques presented by famous commercial organizations in Mengga in the middle of Qing Dynasty, namely "Chunjiao" and "Golden Wan Li in the Northern Suburb", are hung high on the left and right beams, which can confirm the central position of Longshan Temple in Mengga's economy. "Suburb" is similar to today's business associations. Chunjiao is a trade group with Quanzhou, while the northern suburb is specialized in the northern port trade of the mainland.
The dragon pillars on the back side are a pair of dragon pillars withered by green bucket stones. The dragon body is twisted and coiled, and the faucet is magnificent. It is the masterpiece of Jiang Xilai, a craftsman of Quanzhou Creek. The dragon pillar was painted with gold foil, which showed the rich life of the residents at that time.

The external wall is covered with calligraphy and stone carvings, and the cursive script is wild and elegant, which is worth appreciating carefully. Look for it, there are Liang Qichao's poems.
There is a gossip window on the left and right sides of the main hall, which is the opposite of two craftsmen. Bats floating in the four corners surround the gossip window, which means "happiness". Four tigers form a central circle, depicting "Magu Xianrui" and the other one is "Songhe Xianweng". The cloister is engraved with "Remembering the Red Sheep Disaster, My Buddha is at ease" as a historical witness.
Zhongdian zaojing
The large caisson in the main hall is circular, supported by eight bibcock towers around it, and the dense bucket towers inside rise layer by layer and rotate clockwise. Very clever technique. In 1920, Wang Yishun designed the caisson bucket tower to rotate clockwise, but it rotated counterclockwise when it was rebuilt in 1954. Anyway, it symbolizes that Buddhism advocates life.
siddhattha gotama
The expression is pitiful and solemn. This is the work of the famous sculptor Huang Shuishui, who was born in Mongga during the Japanese occupation. It was also bombed during World War II. 1989, the Council for Cultural Development of the Executive Yuan copied five statues from the original model, one of which was given to Longshan Temple for permanent preservation.
The back hall is dedicated to Mazu and other gods to meet the needs of the people. There are many gods, which is one of the characteristics of Longshan Temple. Therefore, it is called "helmet roof" or "sedan chair roof", which was first practiced in Taiwan Province Province and later became popular, such as the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.
