First, trademark registration is generally divided into two steps:

The purpose of pre-application retrieval is to inquire whether there is a prior application that conflicts with the trademark to be registered, so as to reduce the risk of application rejection.

According to Article 51 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the exclusive right to use a registered trademark shall be subject to the registered trademark and the goods approved for use.

Two. The following materials shall be prepared for trademark registration:

1. If the company applies for registration, it shall provide a copy of the company's business license and an electronic version of the trademark pattern in JPG format;

2. Individual industrial and commercial households can apply for trademark registration in the name of the applicant with the name registered in the business license of individual industrial and commercial households, or they can apply for trademark registration in the name of the person in charge registered in the license. When applying in the name of the person in charge, submit a copy of the following materials: (1) ID card of the person in charge; (2) Business license;

3. Foreigners can apply directly with their ID cards, and they need to provide a copy of their ID cards and an electronic version of the trademark pattern in JPG format;

Three, determine the trademark category and commodity/project name

Trademark registration and retrieval shall be conducted in accordance with international classification. * * * There are 45 international classifications, of which 1-34 is commodity and 35-45 is service. The category of registration can be determined according to the scope of use of your trademark. After the international classification is determined, each application can choose ten specific commodity names or service items. If the item exceeds 10, an additional official fee of 100 yuan will be charged.

Four. Entrusting procedure and time:

After signing the agency contract with us and paying the fee, we can submit the application within 3 working days. It will take about 3-4 months to receive the trademark acceptance notice from the Trademark Office (TM can be used in the upper right corner of the trademark name after receiving the acceptance notice). It takes about 1 year from acceptance to publication and review. If there is no objection within 3 months after the announcement, the certificate shall be authorized to be issued. Once a trademark is approved for registration, it can be protected for ten years and can be renewed once every ten years.
