Yongchuan and Neijiang Yongchuan are better. Yongchuan District, Chongqing, located on the north bank of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and in the west of Chongqing, is named after "the three rivers in the city meet with clear water, which looks like the word' forever' in seal script". It is 55 kilometers east of Chongqing's main urban area and 276 kilometers west of Chengdu. It is adjacent to Jiangjin, Bishan, Rongchang, Shuangqiao, Dazu, Tongliang, Hejiang and Lugu in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. County was established in 776 AD, city was established in 1992, and it became a district in 2006. It is a national high-tech zone, a national demonstration base for new industrialized industries and a national experimental zone for urban-rural integration development. The Outline of the National Planning for the Construction of the Twin-city Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing Region clearly supports the construction of a modern manufacturing base, a vocational education base in western Sichuan and an experimental zone for the integration and development of southern Sichuan and western Chongqing.
