After academic appraisal, you can either get a certificate from GIA or FGA to enter the quality inspection department or a special jewelry testing center, or work in the jewelry factory of a jewelry company. The former is ok, and the wages of the latter two are not ideal. It seems that this major will eventually be done by itself.

If you study design, it will be easier to find a job, and if you do well, you will get better pay.
