You will trust any talent recommended by a wise man, appoint him and make use of his strengths, lest you can't give full play to their talents. Recently, however, those who are employed only on the basis of subjective likes and dislikes have been recommended by many wise men. If someone speaks ill of them, your majesty will abandon them. Even people who have been trusted for many years will be dismissed once they are suspected. People should judge by their usual behavior, and things should be judged by the results that have been formed. A person's bad words may not be credible, and years of behavior cannot suddenly change. Your majesty affirms or denies a person's affairs without fundamentally studying them, which leads to people's success, rumors everywhere, and people who stick to morality are alienated. This is the sixth sign of your majesty's beginning and ending.
