Unexpectedly, the owner of the sarcophagus is a girl who is only 9 years old. 1957, an ancient tomb was accidentally discovered at the construction site of Yuxiangmenwai West Street in Xi City, Shaanxi Province. Archaeologists quickly carried out a rescue excavation, and the cemetery specifications were very high. This is a vertical cave tomb with a square surface.
With the deepening of excavation, a complete sarcophagus appeared in front of everyone. According to the archaeologists who participated in the excavation that year, "the sarcophagus in front of us is a work of art, and it is so beautiful." According to the unearthed epitaph, the owner's name is Li, and she is the fourth daughter, Dr. Zuo Guanglu of Sui Dynasty, who is a secretariat.
Li is great. His family background is extremely prominent. His great-grandfather was Li Xian, the general of the Northern Zhou Dynasty and the Duke of Hexi County. My grandfather was Ricky who conquered the world with Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty, and later died in the battle with Turks. Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty noticed Li Chong's achievements and called his son CoCo Lee into the palace to raise him. When she grew up, Yu Wen 'e, the only daughter of Zhou Yu and Queen Yang Lihua (the eldest daughter of Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty), personally chose to be her husband.
When Li was born, her grandmother Yang Lihua loved her very much, but she died when she was only 9 years old. Li's death made Yang Lihua very sad and decided to build the most luxurious cemetery for her, and buried many treasures with her. Judging from the unearthed treasures, there are more than 230 pieces of * * *, including gold necklace with jewelry, gold collar with jewelry, gold ring, gold cup, gold hairpin ornaments, as well as glassware, jade and stone tools, steel, bones, wood lacquerware, silk fabrics and so on.
These funerary objects were placed in a narrow space of less than 3 square meters between the sarcophagus. The funerary objects are very exquisite, and most of them are priceless national treasures, which archaeologists did not expect. What really makes this cemetery widely known is the four lettering on the sarcophagus, "Whoever opens will die".
These four words are engraved on the ceramic tile on the front of Dongpo, the coffin cover. If it is not a real archaeological discovery, modern people simply cannot imagine it. Archaeologists say this is a warning from Li's relatives to grave robbers. Throughout the cultural relics unearthed in Li's cemetery, the most exquisite one is the gold necklace. This gold necklace was worn around Li's neck when it was unearthed, which shows that it is her favorite.
The production process of gold necklace can be called "exquisite". It consists of 28 gold spherical chain beads, which are symmetrical about 65,438+04. Each spherical chain bead is welded by 12 small gold rings. Outside each small gold ring, there is a circle of small welding beads and five large welding beads inlaid with 10 pearls, which is dazzling. The lower part of the gold necklace is extremely pure bloodstone, which has been buried underground for thousands of years and is as bright as ever.
