Resin and amber can be distinguished as follows: if you drop a little alcohol and rub it with your fingers, the resin will stick to your fingers, indicating that its petrochemical degree is not enough, but it is not true amber; Another way of counterfeiting is to imitate the mixture of resin and plastic, which can only be identified by special instruments; There are some amber, but after some treatment, such as dyeing or covering with film to make blood amber, so as to enhance its value. In fact, if you dig with your nails, the film will be picked off; As for recycling, amber chips are melted together at high temperature to become amber, and then processed into various finished products. This kind of amber is examined with a magnifying glass, and it can be found that the internal structure is different.
