The scale of the testing building in this hospital ranks among the best in China, and the analysis and testing ability of wine products such as yellow wine, white wine, wine and beer, raw and auxiliary materials related to wine, harmful components in food and nutritional components in food has reached the international leading level. In 2005, Shaoxing Quality Inspection Institute was included in the list of 50 key quality inspection institutes in China.

Shaoxing Quality Inspection Institute has two management departments (office and comprehensive management department), five business development departments and six testing/calibration centers (food and chemical testing center, material engineering testing center, electromechanical light industry testing center, textile dye testing center, measurement calibration testing center and measurement compulsory testing center). Accept inspection/calibration services such as supervision and inspection, entrusted inspection, technical analysis, post-disaster product quality evaluation, legal metrological verification and calibration. Product (business) inspection scope includes grain and oil, food (including all kinds of alcohol), textile dyes, clothing engineering, interior decoration and environmental pollution, gold jewelry, bar code printing quality, etc. 2259 products and parameters have passed the metrological certification/approval of the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. 1886 products and parameters have been approved by the national testing laboratory, and 26 calibration items have been approved by the national calibration laboratory. At the same time, the institute also undertakes the transmission and traceability of the city's value, has 85 municipal public measurement standards, and can carry out the verification, calibration and testing of 139 kinds of measuring instruments.

Shaoxing Quality Inspection Institute has more than 50 employees/kloc-0, including 4 senior engineers/kloc-0, 36 with intermediate titles and 30 with college education or above, accounting for 86.7% of the total number. The laboratory area is 65438+2000m2, and the office area is 4000m2. It has more than 50,000 sets of various measuring equipment1.6 million yuan in fixed assets.

Shaoxing Quality Inspection Institute is committed to developing high-tech testing and verification projects in line with the rapid development of market economy. In recent years, it has invested more than RMB 1000 million to purchase XCT liquid-mass spectrometer, 7500a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS), Agilent 5973N GC-MS, QFN750 direct reading spectrometer produced by German OBLF, and Nicolet380 Fourier infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) produced by Thermo Fisher Scientific Shier Technology. At the same time, the institute increased investment in infrastructure construction and made every effort to create a first-class testing environment. The total building area of Paojiang New District Testing Center is10.5 million square meters, which fully guarantees the testing hardware environment with high standards, high requirements and high quality, and provides sufficient space for business development. The laboratory testing environment has reached the first-class level in China.

Based on the existing testing resources, Shaoxing Quality Inspection Institute actively integrates all kinds of laboratory resources, constantly expands and improves the testing ability and level, gives full play to the resource advantages of testing institutions in the city, and expands the scope of technical services.
