Good morning, if the two-component epoxy resin diluent is phthalate, it is only related to the curing agent, because most aliphatic amines and aromatic amines are soluble in water, and will turn white when the polymerization reaction is incomplete due to the penetration of water molecules during curing and crosslinking. One-component low-equivalent epoxy resin such as E- 12 is dissolved in dibutyl ester. Haven't I tried how to cure in water to make a one-component acrylic or alkyd adhesive?
