1993 Guangdong Nanhua Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce, Guangdong Trade Union Cadre School, after in-depth investigation and multi-party argumentation, founded nanhua college of industry and commerce, the first private higher education institution in Guangdong Province, and embarked on the road of exploring a new public-run private system for 22 years. Cadre schools and South China have long implemented "two brands, one set of people", undertaking two functions of trade union cadre training and academic education.
