First, the way for art students to study in Italy
Kyle Poirot Project
The "Plan" was initiated by the Italian Federation of University Presidents, and now more than 40 national universities have joined. Pre-registration is adopted, which takes the first place. The forecast time is from June 10 to February 12 every year, and the admission time is from February to March of the following year. At the same time, you can learn a language. As long as you have studied Italian for 500 class hours in China, you can continue to study the language in Italy and enter professional courses in September of the following year.
However, it should be noted that the "Kelpolo" project only studies the language in Italy for half a year, which puts high demands on the quality of Italian training in China, not only by passing the visa, but also by having a high enough language level. "At present, there are more and more Italian training courses on the market, so you should be very careful when choosing."
B: Turandot plan
The second way is the "Turandot" plan, which is mainly aimed at art majors and designed for art students. Art majors have relatively low language requirements, so you don't need a language foundation to get a visa. They go to Italy to study professional courses and learn languages at the same time, without paying extra language learning fees. However, it should be noted that not all art colleges and majors enroll students, and entering Italy with zero language will have great obstacles to life, study and communication. Therefore, students should be extra cautious when choosing this method, so as not to cause regret.
C: standard method
The third way is the standard way. Every September, students must reach the level of Italian A2 or B2 (master's degree) to get a visa. This way is the most risky. If students fail the language test, there are two situations: one is to postpone the "Kelpolo" plan for half a year; Second, go to Italy to learn languages first. According to the regulations of the Italian Embassy, students who only get a language visa must go back to China to reapply when applying for a quota tuition-free major. There will be certain risks. Even if the language passes the test, people may still be forced to return to China because the quota is full.
Second, the conditions for studying abroad in the arts
1, education requirements
The high-quality art teaching in Italy determines the high standards for screening applicants. In order to ensure the quality of international students, all universities in Italy strictly screen the qualifications of international students.
Students applying for studying abroad need to complete three years of formal high school study and obtain a diploma issued by the Ministry of Education.
Students who apply for postgraduate study abroad need to complete formal four-year undergraduate study and obtain degree certificates and graduation certificates issued by the Ministry of Education.
2. Performance requirements
The requirements of grades include two aspects, one is the usual grades, and the other is the artistic grades.
The usual grades are the exam results after learning all the courses in the school. The scores at this stage need to be converted into GPA to facilitate school screening. Students applying for undergraduate study also need to provide their own college entrance examination results.
Artistic achievement is the result of domestic art examination, and it is the score obtained by participating in the national art examination. The school will pay attention to the results of this exam.
For the final score, there is a formula that can be drawn, that is, the score of college entrance examination can not be lower than 300 points, and the average score of art can not be lower than 400 points.
3. Language requirements
The language requirements of art majors are stricter than those of other majors, because more communication is needed in the teaching process, involving more proper nouns and uncommon words. Only with a high level of language reading and writing ability can students learn better. English must be mastered, and Italian must not be forgotten. You must learn Italian well before going abroad.
