Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the whole business process of clothing, accessories, leather goods and cosmetics, including merchants, procurement, in-store sales and supply chain management of these categories.

1. Purchase:

Responsible for purchasing accessories and leather goods of AEON (China) 13 South China Store.

● Brand introduction:

Find famous brands at home and abroad from expositions, Internet and commercial connections. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, establish cooperative relations with them, and find a suitable sales model. Then put these brands into the corresponding stores in South China to achieve long-term cooperation and profit maximization with suppliers and achieve a win-win situation.

● Single purchase:

According to the annual and quarterly trends, design and develop the best-selling items of jewelry and leather goods. Through the Expo, the Internet and other channels to find potential, strength, high-quality standard factories for mass production. Follow up the whole process of design, selection, contract negotiation, ordering, logistics, sales and inventory management.

2. Operation management:

● Control in-store sales, logistics and customer service, so that all departments can better support front-line sales. Manage the sales team to ensure their enthusiasm and cohesion to complete the company's monthly sales budget.

● Optimize suppliers and product resources according to different consumer groups in each store, and allocate brands and product combinations suitable for local consumption standards when changing the layout of a store or opening a new store.

● Promote the products to reach the sales budget by optimizing the layout, expanding the display and POP advertising.

● Control orders, inventory levels and gross profit margins, reduce losses and ensure the accuracy of inventory reports.

● Run the profit system, maintain the relationship with all suppliers, and make them conform to the company's marketing and sales plan.

● ART IN (a famous Japanese accessory brand) and Aoki (a famous Japanese handbag brand) were successfully introduced to the mainland, and the first franchised counter in China was opened.

● Successfully introduced domestic well-known handbag brands GILLIVO, CHCH and GALADAY into South China and maintained the sales chain. Moreover, these brands have established good cooperative relations with JUSCO.

● Chow Tai Fook, Luk Fook Jewelry and winning numbers Jewelry were introduced for the first time, which broke the previous practice that JUSCO did not sell jewelry.

● Completed the reform of 12 stores in South China within one and a half years, involving the cross-regional entry or exit of more than 30 suppliers.

● Open a new store (Nanshan Coastal City) and prepare three new stores (Huizhou, Foshan and Xinzhou).

Through the above measures, all stores have an average growth of 1 10%- 140%. The sales budget was reached in 2007, and it increased by 1 15% in 2008.
