2. 1 Project Overview: The project is located in the southeast of nanhu town, Donggang District, Rizhao City, at the junction of nanhu town and Rizhao Street, east of Provincial Highway 335 and west of Provincial Highway 204, with an area of about 120 hectares. The plot where the project is located is surrounded by mountains and waters, and the ecological environment is superior. Within the scope of the project, the town living room and Chinese medicine hospital have been built, and the original Donghuangshan Village on the west side is planned to be demolished and resettled. This conceptual planning and design requires to build a smart and healthy town suitable for the elderly to enjoy a happy life and enjoy advanced medical services on the premise of fully combining the development trend of the times and fully analyzing the current situation.
