1. Wastewater: The suspended solids, PH, copper and zinc in the treated electroplating wastewater meet the secondary standard in Table 4 of GB8978- 1996, and the hexavalent chromium meets the standard in Table 4 of GB8978- 1996.
2. Noise: * * Four monitoring points are arranged in total. Due to the influence of traffic, the daytime noise at the boundary of 1 and 2 monitoring points exceeds the second-class standard requirements of GB 12348—2008 Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises; The daytime noise at the boundary of No.3 and No.4 monitoring points meets the secondary standard requirements of GB 12348—2008 Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises.
3. Exhaust gas: Qingdao Jingcheng Testing Technology Co., Ltd. was entrusted to monitor the exhaust gas. The concentration and emission rate of non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene and particulate matter at the exhaust gas outlet all reached GB 16297- 1996 Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants.
4. Solid waste: the metal waste generated by the project is collected and sold, and the sludge generated by the sewage treatment station of the electroplating workshop is dehydrated and handed over to a qualified unit for hazardous waste treatment; Domestic garbage is collected by classification and handed over to the local sanitation department for treatment.
Four. Acceptance conclusion
The project meets the requirements of the environmental impact report form and approval, and takes corresponding environmental protection measures. Major pollutants discharged up to standard, pollution-free disputes and environmental violations during trial production. The main pollution indicators meet the environmental protection acceptance conditions for completion, and it is agreed to pass the environmental protection acceptance for completion.
