In 20 12, Professor Wang Shihu was elected as a member of the National Professional Committee of Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Surgery of the Department of Medical Administration of the Ministry of Health of China, and participated in the formulation of the highest quality supervision standards for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endoscopic and minimally invasive surgery in plastic surgery in China, and participated in the formulation of the admission standards for minimally invasive professional and technical doctors. Only 13 plastic surgeons in China have obtained this qualification;

20 10 professor Wang Shihu was hired by the Ministry of health of China as a member of the expert group for the revision of the basic standards for cosmetic medical institutions and clinics (for trial implementation), and participated in the formulation of the new standards for plastic surgery of the Ministry of health of China. Only 66 plastic surgeons in China have obtained this qualification;

20 10 Professor Wang Shihu was elected as the Standing Committee of Medical Beauty Branch of Guangdong Medical Association.

In 2007, Professor Wang Shihu was awarded the first "China White Swan Award for Plastic Surgery" by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association-Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Physician Award, which is the highest honor award in the plastic surgery field in China.
