You can use a cold and hot compress bag, because it can be used for both cold and hot compress.

After injury, you should apply ice first, put the cold and hot compress bag in the freezer of the refrigerator for more than 3 minutes before use, then wrap it with a towel to avoid direct contact with the skin and frostbite, and then apply ice three times a day, each time for about 15 minutes. Hot compress can only be done after one day. Before hot compress, put the hot and cold bag in the microwave oven (medium fire) and heat it for 1 seconds each time. If it is used continuously, heat it for 6 seconds for the second time or soak it in water above 85 degrees for 5 minutes before hot compress can be done.

Pay attention to cold compress before hot compress, not in the opposite order, otherwise the inflammation will be more serious and the recovery time will be longer.

I hope it works for you!
