1. What if the equipment is unstable?

Reason for failure:

① The wearing parts on the impeller are seriously worn;

② The feeding particle size is too large;

② Replace the bearing with a new one;

③ Add lubricating oil in time.

5. The discharging granularity becomes larger.

Reason for failure:

① Long-term operation of the equipment leads to loose V-belt of the transmission part;

② feed particle size is too large;

(3) The impeller speed is unreasonable and the efficiency becomes low.

Solution:

① Adjust the tightness of the V-belt or replace it;

(2) Strictly control the feed granularity and feed according to the standard;

③ Adjust the impeller speed to reach a reasonable standard.
