material
160g oatmeal, 45g low-gluten flour, 45g cashew nuts, 80g butter, 20g brown sugar, 30g white sugar, 30g honey, 45g raisins and 20g black sesame.
working methods
1. Cut some cashews or roll them up and bake them in the oven with black sesame seeds 150 degrees for three or four minutes.
2. Chop the raisins. Then put oatmeal, flour, chopped cashews, chopped raisins and black sesame seeds into a container and mix.
3. Melt the butter into a liquid state, add brown sugar, white sugar and honey, and mix well to melt.
4. Pour the solution into the mixed chopped nuts.
5. Stir well
6. Use two scrapers (one for trimming and the other for flattening) to make the mixed dry material into a square with appropriate size and thickness. You can use this method without a baking tray of the right size. Compaction is as simple as possible, and it is not easy to spread after baking.
7. Preheat the oven 160 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. Wait until it is completely cooled before cutting into pieces.
