You already have double eyelids. Applying them along the previous lines should quickly restore them to their original shape.

Double eyelids are made up of two parts. One is some kind of muscle under the skin. I forgot, we are all born with it anyway. The other part is the eyeliner. You can re-attach it with double eyelid stickers. Just like before.
