1, repair of radial ball bearing

(1) Radial bearing is easy to crack, and internal rolling is also the most worn and fractured. When repairing, it needs to be replaced with a new one or welded, and the ring can be welded, modified and assembled (increasing the diameter of the steel ball).

(2) The worn ring raceway should be assembled. When the ring raceway is repaired, the diameter of the inner ring raceway will decrease and the diameter of the outer ring raceway will increase. The larger steel ball should be selected for installation.

(3) The number of steel balls used in the indoor children's amusement park should be the same, so as to facilitate the use of the original undamaged durable frame. However, the diameter and number of steel balls that can be loaded in a bearing without ball clearance are limited by the filling angle (middle angle). With the increase of steel ball diameter, the filling angle will also increase. When the filling angle exceeds180, the installation will be difficult. Therefore, the newly selected steel balls are usually one level larger than the original ones.

2. Repair of tapered roller bearing

When repairing this kind of bearing, because the damaged layer is removed, the inner ring will shrink, the inner diameter of the outer ring will increase and the flange will become thinner. If the tapered roller of the original bearing is installed, its basic layout will be destroyed. The intersection point (cone top) between the ring and the roller+cone generatrix cannot be concentrated at one point of the bearing centerline, so that the roller will slip when rolling on the raceway. According to the above situation, the following standards should be observed when repairing tapered roller bearings:

(1) In order to adhere to the layout of tapered roller bearings, it is necessary that the conical generatrix of each part intersect at a point on the bearing centerline.

(2) Insist on installing bearings within the adjustment range of the parts used.

(3) The roller cannot be exposed.

(4) Minimize the thickness of the removed metal joint, so as to use the rollers and ferrules of the original bearing.

3. Repair of cylindrical roller bearing and thrust ball bearing

The repair method of cylindrical roller bearing and thrust ball bearing is the same as that of radial ball bearing. In the indoor children's amusement park, the method of increasing the tumbling body can be used to make up for the metal damage layer removed by the raceway. Cylindrical roller bearings have double flanges, and the width of double flange raceway can guide the roller rotation direction.
