(3) After the written test, the interview candidates shall be determined from high score to low score according to the order of 1: 3 of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position. Those who will attend the interview will be notified by the personnel section.

(4) The interview and actual operation shall be conducted according to the methods formulated by Zhongshan Cadre Sanatorium in Jiangsu Province.

Fourth, admission

The written test score accounts for 40%, and the interview plus practical operation score accounts for 60%, which is included in the final total score. According to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position, the participants are determined from high score to low score, and the implementation is carried out with reference to the National General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial).

Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the employer. The employing unit shall sign an employment contract with it according to the results of physical examination and assessment, and handle relevant employment procedures.

The employed personnel shall be on probation, and those who pass the examination after the probation period shall be hired and graded. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and choose their own jobs.
