BEIJING, July 23 (Xinhua) Typhoon Medham, the No.1 10 this year, landed on the coast of Gaoshan Town in the south of Fuqing, Fujian at 15: 30 on the 23rd. The landing intensity has been weakened from the previous typhoon level to a strong tropical storm, and the maximum wind force near the center is 1 1 (30m/s). According to the path probability forecast map of Medham by the Central Meteorological Observatory, after landing in Fujian, the typhoon will go north, pass through eastern provinces such as Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang and Shandong, and finally reach Liaodong Peninsula (see Figure 2). At present, Fujian and Jiangxi are actively carrying out various defense preparations. At the same time, the areas affected by the super typhoon "rammasun" have also received support from all directions to properly resettle the affected people and pay close attention to the restoration of infrastructure.
