What should be paid attention to in the safety of high-rise building reconstruction?
A, aerial work protection

1, crane hanging brick, using upper pressure type or mesh brick cage.

2, crane pad, using friction build by laying bricks or stones field fixture.

3. Safety net.

plansifter

(1) Set up a safety net from the second floor, and at the same time set up a safety net that increases with the construction height.

(2) The net rope shall be uninterrupted, firmly rooted, taut, tightly looped and tightly spliced. The net pole should be made of steel pipe, and the diameter of bamboo shoots should not be less than 7.5 cm.

(3) The width of the net is not less than 2.6m, the distance between the inner opening and the wall is not less than 15cm, and the outer opening is high and the inner opening is low. Set a support every 3m with an angle of 450.

Build a network

(1) With the elevation of the construction layer, the net is higher than the construction layer 1 m or more.

(2) The lower opening of the net is firmly connected with the root of the wall, and the distance from the wall is not more than 15cm.

(3) Mesh splicing is tight, and the gap is not more than 10 cm.

(4) Ring beam construction:

An operation platform or footstool is arranged, and an operation platform is arranged between escalators.

Second, the reserved holes

(1) The hole with a side length or a diameter of 20-50 cm can be protected by steel bars in concrete slabs or fixed cover plates.

(2) For the 50- 150 cm hole, the reinforcement in the concrete slab can be used to form a protective net, and the grid is not more than 20 cm.

(3) A guardrail should be set around the hole exceeding 150 cm, a safety net should be laid below the hole, and two horizontal poles should be set at the height of1m. ..

(4) The holes of prefabricated components, including temporary holes formed by scraping missing parts, should be protected with reference to the above principles, or scaffolding should be erected and covered with bamboo basketry for fixed protection.

(5) The garbage shaft, flue and lining should be built or installed to eliminate the hole and protected.

(6) During pipe cage construction, guardrails should be set around and clearly marked.

6. Elevator wellhead:

Install fixed gates or guardrails.

7. Stairs:

(1) Temporary Fang poles shall be installed on stairs constructed in layers.

(2) Temporary protective railings should be set on both sides of the steps.

(3) The top stairs shall be installed with formal railings or temporary railings.

8, balcony limb:

Use official balcony railings and install or set up temporary guardrails along the floors. The spacing is not more than 2m, and the suspension is set (the size is the same as above).

9. Frame structure:

(1) During construction, the external scaffold shall not be lower than the operation surface, and the operation platform shall be built in.

(2) Steel fence should be set around.

(3) When there are no columns around, short steel pipes are embedded in the plate mouth to install temporary steel pipe guardrails.

(4) When there is no outrigger in the high-rise frame, a safety net with small eyes is set outside.

10, power line

(1) On-site electrical lines must be laid overhead according to regulations, and tough rubber wires or plastic sheathed flexible wires shall be adopted. When a protective pipeline is buried in a passage or road or underground, a sign shall be set, and the joint must be overhead or a joint box shall be set.

(2) Rubber cable for hand-held mobile appliances, the lead length shall not exceed 5m, and there shall be no joint.

(3) Soft rubber wires should be used for mobile appliances and lighting lamps used on site, and plastic rubber wires are not allowed.

(4) For wire installation of temporary facilities on site, when rubber or plastic insulated wires are used, porcelain column wires must be erected and switches should be set reasonably.

1 1. Derrick:

(1) A protective shed shall be erected on three sides of the lower part of the derrick, with the front width not less than 2m and the side width not less than 1m, and the derrick ceiling shall be double-decked over 30m.

(2) There is an external pressure door at the bottom entrance of the derrick, a safety door at the entrance of the floor passage, guardrails on both sides of the passage and skirting boards.

(3) Derrick hanging basket should be equipped with safety protection devices such as falling door, jacking limit and spring brake.

(4) There is a reliable grounding device at the bottom of the derrick.

(5) The belly bar and connecting bolts of the derrick itself are complete, and the cable wind rope and the hard support of the building are set up completely and firmly according to the regulations.

(6) Three bread safety nets should be set on the protective shed for protection in the street or crowded areas.
