The surgical method is to make a continuous surgical incision at the junction of the alar margin and the base of the nasal column after anesthesia. After proper resection, the skin is lifted to the alar and the base of the nasal column for close suture to hide the scar of the nasal base as much as possible.

There are two kinds of surgical incisions. As for which incision is suitable for patients, it is suggested that patients who intend to have surgery should carefully discuss and consider before operation and choose the most suitable operation method.
