Plastic rib
To make sparerib soup, first add water, then add ribs and other ingredients, including spices and seasonings. To make sparerib soup, boil water first, and then wash the sparerib clean. After the water is boiled, add the ribs and blanch until the color changes. Pour out the water and wash the ribs. Then put it in a cold water pot to boil and simmer slowly. This sparerib soup is pure in color, mellow in taste and less in nutrient loss. The following describes the practice of sparerib soup.

Ingredients: ribs1000g

Accessories: onion, ginger, star anise, pepper, fragrant leaves, cooking wine, white vinegar, salt and water.

1. Wash the ribs and cut them into uniform pieces. Put the chopped ribs in a container, soak them in enough water for about two hours (to remove blood), and change the water several times.

2. Boil the bloody ribs in cold water until they boil, skim off the floating foam, remove them, and then rinse them with clean water.

3. Wash and cut the onion ginger into onion segments and ginger slices, and wash the star anise and pepper for later use.

4. Put the blanched spareribs, onions, ginger, star anise and pepper into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, white vinegar and a little sugar, bring to a boil with high fire, and then simmer for about 50 minutes.

5. Then add a proper amount of salt and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes. When the soup turns white and the ribs are soft and rotten, you can turn off the fire.

6. Put the sparerib soup in a bowl and you can eat it.

Note: When choosing ribs, you should choose fresh ingredients, and the ribs after blanching must be cleaned of impurities.
