Brand origin
Kyoto Nianci 'an trademark
During the reign of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, Jin Yang, the county magistrate, was called "Yang Xiaolian" because he was filial to his mother. He lost his father when he was young, and his mother got a cough because of long-term fatigue, which will never be cured. The dutiful son Yang Xiaolian is very anxious. He visited famous doctors everywhere to treat his mother. Finally, he got the prescription of honey-refining Chuanbei loquat cream from the imperial doctor Ye, and cured his mother's illness. When Yang Mu died at the age of 84, he told his son that Chuanbei Pipa cream refined with honey would benefit the world and make more people live a long and healthy life. To commemorate the kindness of his mother and Ye, Yang Xiaolian named loquat cream "Nian Ci 'an" and drew a trademark "filial piety map" to urge future generations not to lose the traditional virtue of filial piety.
Nianci 'an Chuanbei Pipa Cream has been deeply loved by the public since its listing. Yang's descendants set up a factory in Beijing for this purpose, and added the word "Kyoto" before Nianci 'an, hence the name "Kyoto Nianci 'an honey refining Chuanbei pipa cream".
