Repairing the battery car is carried out in two steps, fault finding and repair. The premise and key of maintenance is to find the fault quickly and find out the cause of the fault before maintenance can be carried out.

First, the car does not turn (that is, the motor does not turn)

1, use the battery car detector to detect whether there is voltage on the motor lead, and you can immediately judge the fault of the line and control line. If the measurement results show that there is voltage, it is judged that the motor is broken or the wire from the controller to the motor is broken, and it should be ruled out. If there is no voltage in the measurement result, it is judged that the control circuit is faulty and the next step should be checked.

2. Disconnect the brake plug of the controller, and then turn the electric knob. If the car rotates, it is judged that the brake switch is broken, which has caused a short circuit fault and should be replaced with a new brake switch. If the car still doesn't turn, replace it with a good speed control handle. If the car rotates, it is judged that the original speed control knob is broken, which leads to the battery car not rotating, and a new controller should be used.

3. By measuring the contacts of the battery box, it can be immediately determined that the fault is caused by the non-rotation of the power supply part of the car. If there is no voltage display, the power lock is turned on, and the indicator light on the instrument panel is not lit, it is judged that the fuse of the fuse tube is broken, and the fuse tube should be replaced, the wire falls off, the welding is broken, or a new wire is replaced. If there is a voltage display, open the power lock, and the indicator light on the instrument panel does not light up, then it is judged that the power lock is broken, and the new lock is replaced without power supply.

Second, when the power lock is turned on, the car will not stop rotating (car shock phenomenon), so the car can't stop.

The detection method is to disconnect the plug of the speed knob of the controller regulator, and the fault of the speed knob or the controller can be immediately judged. If the electric door lock is unlocked after disconnecting the plug of the speed regulating knob, it is judged that the speed regulating knob is broken; If the electric door lock is opened after disconnecting the plug of the speed control knob and the car is still rotating, it is judged that the controller is broken and should be replaced with a new one.

Third, the disc brake.

1. Determine the cause of end face runout. Inspection method: lift the big brace, lift the front wheel off the ground, and turn the wheel gently by hand to find the place with great resistance. That is, the grinding point is marked with a red marker. Mark the serial numbers of 1, 2, 3 on the three bolts, and remember the original installation positions.

2. Remove the front wheel. Then take out the CD. This is the most troublesome, but it is a bit difficult. Before turning the hexagon socket, you must knock three bolts with a hammer, otherwise the hexagon socket plate will not be unscrewed.

3. Clean the CD and put it on a clean glass plate, with the step-free face of the CD facing down. Put a thin piece of hard paper next to the CD. If not, it means that the disc is not deformed, which means that the rebound of Swiss watch is caused by the wheel hub.

4. The disc deformation must be flat. Not difficult. Machining workshop is the easiest place to have friends.

5. If the hub is uneven, the compensation method will be used. That is, add a thin slice at the position of 1.2.3 by adding a thin slice, which is cut from the outer skin of the can (the thickness is 0. 12MM). It depends on everyone's analysis to determine the position of adding flakes based on the above grinding points.
