1. First, create a PivotTable report, then add age as row labels, add options as column labels, and add names.

2. Second, right-click any cell in the age field.

3. Finally, in the Grouping dialog box, enter the time interval in the text box where you want to group the ages, and then click OK to close the dialog box.
