Hydraulic punch manufacturer
Punch press manufacturers are: Shanghai No.2 Forging, Neijiang Forging, Xiamen Forging, Guangdong Forging, Zhejiang Forging, Xuzhou Forging, etc. Closed: An Forging, Jinan No.2 Machine Tool, Qi No.2 Machine Tool, Gaomi Forging, Shanghai Stamping, etc. But at present, some of the above-mentioned enterprises no longer exist, and some have been restructured. A punch is a punch. In national production, stamping technology has been widely used because of its advantages of saving materials and energy, high efficiency, low technical requirements for operators, and being able to produce products that cannot be achieved by mechanical processing through various die applications. Stamping production is mainly aimed at sheet metal. Blanking, punching, forming, stretching, trimming, fine punching, shaping, riveting and extrusion can be carried out through the die, which is widely used in various fields. For example, we use switch sockets, cups, cupboards, plates, computer cases, and even missile planes. Many accessories can be produced by punching machines through molds. The design principle of punch press is to convert circular motion into linear motion, the output of main motor drives flywheel, and the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear) and connecting rod drive the slider to realize linear motion through clutch. The motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular. There should be a connection point between the connecting rod and the slider for circular motion and linear motion. There are two kinds of mechanisms in its design, one is spherical and the other is pin (cylindrical). Through this mechanism, the circular motion is converted into the linear motion of the slider. Pressure is applied to the stamping material to plastically deform it, so as to obtain the required shape and accuracy. Therefore, a set of molds (divided into upper mold and lower mold) is needed to sandwich the material, and the machine applies pressure to deform it. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during machining is absorbed by the main body of the punching machine.
