What does hsc mean?
Hsc is hot-pressed paper.

Hot-pressed interconnection thin film circuit, English name: Heat Seal Connector, (abbreviated as HSC, also called heat seal connector, hot-pressed paper).

The main feature is that it does not need welding, and it can be firmly adhered to components by hot pressing at about 150℃ for 5-7 seconds, thus realizing the conduction between electronic components. It can not only meet the needs of fine circuit spacing, but also make the display device thinner, simple and convenient to use, flexible to bend, ultra-thin in size and reliable in performance. Not only can the conduction between electrical devices be realized. But also can make the display device thinner and lighter.

Types of hot-pressed paper:

Hot-pressed conductive paper is mainly divided into two categories-carbon wire and silver (silver carbon).

The conductor of carbon wire is mainly graphite, which is mainly used for the connection of wide wire pitch (pitch) ≥0.4mm). There are more than 500 standard parts, and the length can be cut.

Silver (silver-carbon) wire is mainly made of silver paste, which is mainly used for high-precision low-resistance connection (pitch ≥0.2mm).
