1. For very small scratches, such as hair-like lines on the paint surface, just apply some car wax. You should use high-quality car wax. Wipe the area to be cleaned in advance to avoid dust. After wiping and drying, you can wax. When waxing, apply even pressure in circles and wipe with a special car cloth. For slightly shallower scratches, it is best to spray the paint coating agent on the car paint surface first, and use a special sponge to apply it in alternating straight and horizontal lines. After drying, wipe it with a dry cloth.
2. For deep and long scratches that do not expose the primer (will not rust) and the area is not very large, you can simply spray them with high-grade self-spray paint or modified paint. Before spraying, wipe the paint surface clean to make sure there is no dust. After it dries, find a thick newspaper, dig a hole in the middle with the same area as the scratch, and spread it over the area to be painted, leaving only the scratched area exposed. Spraying paint in this way prevents spray paint from being sprayed elsewhere. For self-painting, you must choose a color that is closest to your car, otherwise it will look ugly when sprayed. When spraying, don't be too close. Spray evenly from a distance of about 30 centimeters. Spray for 5 minutes and wait for a while before spraying again. Be careful not to overspray to prevent the paint from running down.
3. Dent treatment is one of the most troublesome tasks in car body maintenance. When a small pit appears on your car, or a scratch exposes the primer, it can easily cause rust if not treated in time. If you are worried about your car, you can go to a repair shop to find professionals to repair it. However, if you feel that such a small place is not worth visiting a repair shop, I suggest you simply spray paint and then put on a reflective car sticker (premise: the car sticker can be fully Cover the scraping surface). This is economical, fast, and looks good. Of course, this method is just a suggestion. After all, many good car owners don’t want to make do with this. The specific problem was analyzed in detail. My car has several stickers on it, and they are okay and very beautiful.
4. When the car has a lot of scratches and dents, it needs to be repaired in a repair shop. The usual procedure is plastic surgery - putty - leveling with putty - spray painting - then spray varnish. It should be noted that the reshaping must be smooth and in place. The repairman was sloppy during the reshaping of my car and did not level it. As a result, it took a lot of effort to apply putty and level the car. After the final spray paint, it still felt uneven to the touch. Therefore, car owners should pay special attention when reshaping their cars, so that subsequent work can proceed smoothly.
5. Car bumpers, rearview mirrors and other parts are generally made of plastic parts and will not rust. If the scratched area is small and shallow, you can cut off the burrs first, and then spray it with self-spray paint. If there are scratches on both sides of the front and rear bumpers, you can choose decorative car stickers, which are both beautiful and trouble-free.
Notes
1. When using self-spray paint, you must control the intensity. If the color is too heavy after spraying, it will not be able to cover the scratched surface if it is sprayed too little.
2. Self-painting must be of guaranteed quality.
3. When spraying paint, be careful not to get it into your eyes.
4. When buying car stickers, choose reflective ones with good stickiness. Don't post too many posts, otherwise it will be difficult to pass the annual review.
