6. Check whether the inlet and outlet pipes and channels are blocked by medium, and check whether the filter is clean.
7. When removing the plate heat exchanger plate with titanium, it is forbidden to contact with naked flame, which will lead to oxidation.
Second, the matters needing attention in removing the plate heat exchanger
1. When disassembling the plate heat exchanger, loosen the middle screw first, and then loosen the bolts at the four corners. When loosening the bolt, turn 1-2 turns first, and then loosen it slowly until it is completely loosened. Pay attention to measuring the plate during loosening. The left and right clearance shall not be greater than 10mm, and the upper and lower clearance shall not exceed 25 mm.
2. Measure the thickness of the plate before disassembly, and don't compare it too much after installation. If you want to increase or decrease plates, you need to calculate the total thickness, and the difference between the compacted thickness and the correct value is less than 1%. Generally, the number of bolts used is 6- 12, and each bolt should be stressed evenly. It can be removed with a slightly longer wrench.
3. The plane bearing of the fastening bolt of the plate heat exchanger is installed at the bottom of the nut to reduce friction. When sending bolts, the end cover control at the other end cannot rotate. After removing the equipment, hang the plate on the equipment bracket, clean it and put it back in place.
4. When fastening bolts, fix the bolts at the four corners first, and then tighten the bolts in the middle. During the tightening process, the asymmetric deviation of the total thickness of the plate cannot exceed the above value.
