3. Time and content of written test

Fourth, interview time and content
1. According to the written test results, from high score to low score, the interviewee is determined according to the ratio of 1: 5 recruitment positions. Those who fail to reach 1: 5 will be interviewed according to the actual number of people.

V. Physical examination and employment
1. Physical examination. The physical examination is organized by Tianxin Branch of Changsha Urban and Rural Planning Bureau.
2. Employment. The personnel to be hired shall go through the employment formalities according to the regulations, and the probation period is three months. After the probation period expires, the contract management of employment system is implemented, and the employment period is generally three years at a time. The monthly basic salary is 1,6 yuan (excluding performance pay).
