First, boost enterprise confidence, increase production and expand production capacity.

Support industrial enterprises to win a "good start". Support food-restricted enterprises to win a "good start". In the first quarter of 2023, the turnover of limited dining units in the county (based on the data of the Bureau of Statistics) increased positively year-on-year, and certain rewards were given according to the total quarterly turnover.

Support the development of headquarters enterprises. Encourage headquarters enterprises to increase local production plans. In the first quarter, the output value of industrial sales increased by 50 million yuan compared with the same period of last year, and the reward was 654.38+10,000 yuan. Increase monthly support for the regulations on the retention of industrial enterprises. On the basis of enjoying the original small-scale control incremental policy, each industrial enterprise will be rewarded in the first quarter.

Expand effective investment in manufacturing industry. For municipal key manufacturing projects, 50,000 yuan, 654.38+million yuan and 200,000 yuan will be awarded respectively if more than 30% of the annual investment plan of the project is completed before March 3, 2023, and the actual investment amount is 5-20 million yuan (excluding), 20-50 million yuan (excluding) and 50 million yuan or more.

Second, gather strength to stabilize the basic disk of foreign trade

Encourage enterprises to expand the market and grab orders. Encourage foreign trade enterprises to expand imports. Enterprises that imported in the non-Jinyi Comprehensive Insurance Zone last year and imported resource products and non-resource products increased year-on-year in the first quarter will be rewarded.

Support our county to introduce foreign-funded leading industries. Innovate the way of attracting investment, support the introduction of foreign capital in our county 1+3+3 industries, and give certain rewards according to the actual investment amount.

Third, fully activate the consumer market

Increase support for wholesale and retail enterprises. Give certain rewards to qualified wholesale enterprises and retail enterprises.

Support large-scale promotion activities. Relevant functional departments shall encourage and support enterprises and businesses to carry out large-scale exhibition and promotion activities in public places such as parks and squares, and shall not refuse or delay the examination and approval illegally. /kloc-The actual venue fee, occupation fee and sanitation fee for the activity venue above 0/800 square meters shall be fully subsidized by the official bills of relevant functional departments.
