I. Professional theoretical knowledge

(1) Basic theoretical knowledge

Familiar with the basic theory of plastic surgery and comprehensive professional knowledge and skills.

(2) Relevant theoretical knowledge

In-depth understanding of anatomy, local anatomy and other theoretical knowledge; Master the skills of cosmetic surgery, peripheral neurosurgery, small vessel anastomosis and various tissue transplantation; Master the special requirements and principles of plastic surgery photography.

(3) Knowledge level

Extensive reading of professional journals; Understand the current situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, constantly absorb new theories, new knowledge and new technologies and apply them to medical practice.

Second, the work experience and ability

(1) medical treatment

1, working experience in this major:

During my work in plastic surgery attending surgeon, I participated in clinical work for at least 40 weeks every year on average.

2, engaged in the professional work ability:

Open-minded and agile, able to creatively carry out work and solve difficult problems, with the ability to quickly deal with complex situations. Initially developed in the direction of expertise, and has the ability to engage in clinical work independently.

Can independently complete: (1) repair of congenital facial cleft (including cleft lip and palate); (2) Repair and reconstruction of maxillofacial, trunk and limb defects. (3) Repair of late burn scar; (4) facial fracture reduction; (5) cosmetic surgery; (6) Repair of malignant tumor or precancerous lesion of head and neck or trunk and limbs; (7) hand surgery; (8) Repair of congenital anomalies (such as syndactyly, microtia, hypospadias, congenital cyst, giant pigmented nevus and congenital contracture zone).

3. Technical work and workload to be undertaken:

Can independently complete the common plastic surgery of head and neck, upper limbs, lower limbs, trunk and genitourinary system; During my work as an attending physician, I have completed at least 300 operations as an operator or the first assistant, and can independently undertake in-hospital consultations.

(2) Teaching

Have the ability to guide junior doctors, senior doctors or assist in guiding the clinical work of graduate students; Can preside over outpatient cases and rounds; Teach special courses for junior doctors and senior doctors at least twice a year; Experience in teaching 2 residents or assisting in guiding 1 graduate students.

(3) Scientific research

Master scientific research topics, project design and research methods; Can put forward topics, carry out scientific research and summarize topics in combination with clinical practice. During my work as an attending physician, at least two papers by the first author were published in professional journals or reported at the general meeting of academic conferences at or above the provincial level.

Have a solid basic theory, professional theory and professional technical knowledge, have in-depth research or innovative surgical methods in one or several fields of plastic surgery, and can complete the common complicated and difficult operations in plastic surgery; Strong medical, teaching and scientific research management skills.

3. Technical work and workload to be undertaken:

Be able to independently handle and guide junior doctors to complete the treatment of complex and difficult cases in this specialty; During his tenure as deputy chief physician, he completed no less than 250 operations as an operator or the first assistant, including no less than 150 complicated and difficult operations; Be competent for consultation outside the hospital.

(2) Teaching

Have the ability to train senior professionals in this major; Good teaching organization and leadership skills; Teach special courses for junior doctors at least three times a year; Experience in training attending physicians or assisting in training at least 1 graduate students.

(3) Scientific research

Have the ability to track the advanced level of this major and independently undertake scientific research work; Be able to put forward topics according to the development of this major, and have the ability to design, organize and summarize topics; During my tenure as deputy chief physician, at least three papers of the first author were published in professional journals at home and abroad or reported at national and international academic conferences.
