2. The surface of the film is wrinkled.

Cause of failure: Oblique wrinkle, inconsistent pressure, height or front and rear installation positions of the left and right film pressing wheels; Longitudinal wrinkling, the working speed of the unit is too fast, the pressure of the left and right film rollers is too small, the rotation of the film rollers is invalid or the pressure of the film roller is too high; Transverse wrinkle, too slow working speed of the unit, too high pressure of the left and right film rollers, and too low pressure of the film core tube or film surface roller.

Elimination method: adjust the installation position of the film pressing wheel; Keep the unit straight and at a moderate speed, and adjust the pressure of the film pressing wheel and the rotation of the film roll; Keep the unit straight and medium speed, and adjust the film pressing wheel, film roll and film surface pressing roller.

3. Deflection of plastic film.

Cause of failure: the unit failed to run in a straight line, or the film roll was improperly installed and wound unevenly.

Solution: Re-align the film roll with the bed surface and perpendicular to the forward direction of the unit; The device should run in a straight line at a uniform speed; Check the film roll and replace it if necessary.

4. The film pressing wheel can't press the plastic film.

Cause of failure: This is caused by incorrect driving of the unit, mismatch between the width of the mulch film and the border surface, and poor winding quality of the mulch film itself, which should be solved according to the specific situation.

5. After film laying, both sides are rolled and rolled.

Solution: For those with hemming, the pressure of the film pressing wheel should be increased, the deflection angle of the covering shovel should be reduced, and the distance between the covering shovel and the plastic film should be adjusted.

If the film is broken, the pressure of two film pressing wheels should be reduced to check the quality of soil preparation.

Maintenance of plastic film mulching machine

2. In use.

Human-powered and animal-powered mulcher: To clean up weeds, add butter to the rotating part of the mulch bracket.

Making edge bonding machine: In addition to adding yellow (machine) oil to ensure the flexible rotation of bonding parts, we should always pay attention to the angle of soil lifting plate and scraper forming machine, and adjust it in time if it is not suitable.
