Working principle of hot rolling mill
A complete hot rolling mill, its structure and occupation scale can not be explained by a word' big', you can understand it only by saying a few words here.

First of all, the working scope of the hot rolling mill is to gradually reduce the wheel pitch of the mirror wheel by using a large number of complex pressure wheels, and finally, the blank iron sheet is rolled, rolled and forcefully extruded into various profiles, pipes, flat iron, square steel, angle steel, I-beam and so on.

Among them, steel pipe hot rolling mill is the most common.

Let me briefly introduce the principle as follows:

1. Thin iron sheets with different thicknesses, which are made of scrap iron, iron sheet and scrap iron, are used as the initial raw materials of hot rolling mill.

2. By calculating the circumference of pipes (including squares and regular squares, of course) to determine their circumference size, it is actually to determine the width of the thin iron plate (mentioned above) to be used.

3. Cut a few hundred meters of iron sheet on the edge trimmer (of course, it is not long enough to allow welding), roll it up and tie it up.

4. Install the rolled and bundled iron sheet on the rotating shaft at the tail end of the hot rolling mill, pull out the lead wire of the iron sheet, and guide it to the semi-closed cabinet through shaping.

5. Pass through the first set of mirror rollers of the hot rolling mill. (The so-called mirror roller is a roller with the same left and right dimensions and adjustable distance. Squeezed by this special shaped roller, the originally flat thin iron sheet was rolled into some rounded corners.

6. Soon we arrived at the second set of rollers. After this set of rollers, the fillet of the sheet metal became bigger.

7. Group III ..

8. Group 4 ..

9. In Group N, these thin iron sheets, which were originally square, tend to be round tubes completely.
