Health managers are professionals who detect, analyze and evaluate the health status of individuals and groups from both nutritional and psychological aspects, and provide health consultation, guidance and intervention on risk factors.
Health Manager is one of the new occupations 1 1 officially released by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in June 2005. From June, 5438 to February, 2005, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security's document No.425 "Letter on Agreeing to Incorporate Two New Professions, such as Medical Ambulancemen, into the Special Occupational Scope of the Health Industry" listed the health manager as a special occupation (type of work) in the health industry and put it under the management of the former Ministry of Health. The talent exchange service center of the National Health and Wellness Committee is responsible for the work related to the professional skill appraisal.
In order to meet the needs of building a well-off society in an all-round way, improve the health awareness and physical quality of the whole nation, and cultivate and bring up health management talents, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Health and Health Commission and other education and training centers, has launched a training course on the post ability of health managers.
