Consulting PVC extrusion
Generally speaking, the differences between the two are as follows:

Hot extrusion (usually called vacuum forming extrusion), which has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency and good strength and toughness, is generally suitable for the extrusion production of PVC products with filling amount below 30%. The disadvantage is that the die cost is high, and the configuration and quality requirements of extrusion equipment are high. The requirements for PVC particles, formula and quality are higher.

Cold extrusion (commonly known as cold top or hard top forming) The product surface extruded by this method can achieve mirror effect. Because the cold top process is driven by ultra-high filler, the toughness and strength of the product are low, and the production speed and efficiency are also very low.
