Sports imagery training is a method and process that people consciously use the imagery formed in their own minds to review, repeat and enrich the development of technical movements or sports situations, so as to arouse sports feelings, strengthen muscle proprioception and improve sports skills and emotional control ability.
(2) Progressive relaxation training
Progressive relaxation training is a kind of training method that uses the tension and relaxation of muscles in various parts of the body, supplemented by deep breathing and appearance to adjust people's tension. The basic assumption is that when muscles are completely relaxed, muscles in other parts of the body will also relax, slowing down physiological consumption, and the level and change of skeletal muscle tension are closely related to the internal emotional arousal state. The combination of gradual relaxation training with imagery training or cognitive adjustment can be used to adjust athletes' anxiety and mood, and can produce good intervention effect.
(3) Hint training
Physical suggestion is the most commonly used and basic method of psychological suggestion. The so-called body suggestion means that physical education teachers use body language such as eyes, expressions, postures, movements and distances to hint students, thus playing the role of transmission, infection, mobilization and encouragement.
