The medical committee is official. Guided by the Bureau of Justice, it is a third-party people's mediation organization independent of health administrative departments, insurance institutions and both doctors and patients. Its main responsibilities are:

1, mediate medical disputes and prevent medical disputes from intensifying;

2. Publicize laws, regulations, rules and medical knowledge through mediation, and guide both parties to solve disputes fairly according to facts and laws;

3, put forward opinions and suggestions to prevent medical disputes to medical institutions;

4, medical disputes resolved through mediation, according to the requirements of both doctors and patients, make a written mediation agreement;

5, to provide medical dispute mediation consultation and services to patients and their families or medical institutions;

6, reflect the medical disputes and mediation work to the relevant government departments. There is no charge for mediation of medical disputes by the Medical Commission. The medical adjustment Committee consists of reception and acceptance department, mediation department, guidance department and comprehensive department, as well as some workstations.
