What does biomass solid briquette mean?
"Biomass briquette" is an environment-friendly briquette made of agricultural and forestry residues as the main raw materials through slicing, crushing, impurity removal, fine powder, screening, mixing, softening, tempering, extrusion, drying, cooling, quality inspection and packaging. The final calorific value is high and the combustion is sufficient.

Biomass molding fuel can be used for high-temperature hot water needed in the processing technology of textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, food, rubber, plastic, chemical industry, medicine and other industrial products. It can also provide heating, bathing, air conditioning and domestic hot water for enterprises, hotels, schools, catering and service industries.

The main process is to crush agricultural and forestry wastes such as straw, rice husk and sawdust. The length is less than 50 mm, and the water content of biomass-containing molding fuel is controlled within the range of 10~25%. The material is sent to the feed inlet through the feeding conveyor, and the spindle rotates to drive the press roller to rotate. After the press roller rotates, the material is forced to be extruded from the model hole in blocks. Compressed into solid granular fuel with a cross-sectional size of 30-40mm and a length of 10- 100mm, which can be directly burned, dropped from the discharge port, cooled (the water content cannot exceed 14%), bagged and packaged.
