After graduating from Zhejiang University’s on-the-job graduate students, they can obtain a master’s degree certificate and can take the doctoral examination. Both part-time and full-time PhD students can apply.

Ph.D. application requirements:

1. Applicants must have obtained a master's degree and have worked for more than five years after obtaining the master's degree.

2. Applicants should have made outstanding achievements in the fields of teaching, scientific research, and technical expertise, and have independently published high-level academic papers or published high-level monographs in the subject area for which they are applying for a degree. The results have won awards at the national or provincial level or above.
