The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College was founded in 1896, formerly known as the hospital founded by Canadian missionary and doctor of medicine Luo Helao. It has been renamed as Christian Huimin Hospital, Pingyuan Provincial Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Northern Henan Medical College. , and changed its name to 1982. 1988 Henan tuberculosis hospital (formerly Henan cadre sanatorium) merged, and now there are two hospitals.
