Article 1: self-evaluation of hospital nurses during probation period
Time flies, and the probation period will be over in a blink of an eye. This is a precious experience in my life, and it also left me with beautiful memories. During this time, you have given me enough tolerance, support and help, and I have fully felt the intention of the leaders, the responsibility of medical workers to "heal the wounded and rescue the dying", and the difficulty and firmness of medical workers. While I am in awe of you, I am also surprised that I have the opportunity to become a member of the medical staff.
During these three months, under the care and guidance of leaders and colleagues, I have made some progress in all aspects through my unremitting efforts. Now I will report my work as follows.
First, keep in line with the CPC Central Committee ideologically, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, and conscientiously study Theory of Three Represents Theory. Require positive progress, love the motherland, love the people, support the leadership of the China * * * production party, support various principles and policies, abide by national laws and regulations and various rules and regulations, actively move closer to the party organization, and apply to the party for membership; Self-motivated, brave in criticism and self-criticism, and establish a correct outlook on life and values. Obey orders, audience orders. Can strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital; Can actively participate in various activities organized by hospitals and departments, respect leaders and unite colleagues.
Second, I am strict with myself in my study. With the strong pursuit of the goal and knowledge of becoming an excellent angels in white, I studied hard, studied hard, had a correct attitude and a clear goal, basically mastered some professional knowledge and skills, and integrated theory with practice; In addition to learning professional knowledge, we also pay attention to the expansion of all aspects of knowledge, extensively dabble in other disciplines, and improve ideological and cultural quality.
Third, at work, under the leadership of the director and the head nurse, I can be late for work and leave early. Correctly implement the doctor's advice and various nursing technical operation procedures, and do a good job in basic nursing. Strictly implement aseptic operation and the system of three checks and seven pairs. Find problems and solve them in time. I can integrate theory with practice in my work, and I can consult the head nurse and senior teachers in time if I don't understand the problems, so as to improve my professional level. Treat patients with civility and courtesy, and be kind, anxious and considerate. In addition to completing routine basic nursing, I have mastered professional knowledge and various nursing operations, and often communicate with patients in the ward to understand their dynamic psychology in time and carry out health education.
Fourth, in life, I have developed good living habits, a full and organized life, a rigorous attitude towards life, a good attitude and style of life, a warm and generous person, honest and trustworthy, ready to help others, have my own good accident principles, and be able to live in harmony with colleagues; Take an active part in all kinds of extracurricular activities, so as to constantly enrich your experience.
Put limited life into infinite nursing work. I will study harder in my future work and improve my business ability. Make your theoretical knowledge and operational skills by going up one flight of stairs, so as to better serve patients. Strive to be an excellent nursing staff, worthy of the glorious title of angels in white!
Chapter two: Self-evaluation of hospital nurses during probation period.
The ability has been improved. Personal professional thinking is becoming more and more mature. 20 10 came to FS in July and worked as an intern in the second people's hospital. It was my busiest but most fulfilling year, a year of happy study and a year of harvest.
Here, first of all, I have to thank the hospital for providing me with such a good internship environment and various generous internship conditions. I also thank all the teachers for their care and hard guidance, so that I can have such a good opportunity to exercise myself before I set foot on my job. Thank you very much. I want to tell you that you have worked hard.
There are only three students in a group in our school, and nine departments rotate. The internship departments are carefully arranged by the hospital, and the teachers are of high quality. Every time I get used to this department, the internship time in this department has passed, and I have to leave this department to the next department.
The first stop of my internship was Craniocerebral Surgery. Our internship lasted for five weeks, but as it was the first department of internship, I was full of curiosity and expectation. I have basically mastered the nursing and some basic operations of some common diseases in brain surgery, which made me realize the particularity and necessity of clinical work from an intern to a nurse. What I learned in school before was all theoretical, but now I find that what I saw in my actual work is not as simple as I thought, nor as typical as what I wrote in the book. At work, I often rely on my usual experience. Only by practicing and having good experience can I gradually accumulate experience.
During my internship in orthopedics for one month, I experienced more than 20 operations, including three night shifts and one weekend day shift. It can be said that I have learned a lot through these operations and postoperative treatment. Not only in technology, but also in humanistic care. In this short 30 days, pain and happiness coexist.
These children are so innocent, but it is a pity that many of them have leukemia. I review pediatric books as much as possible and explain the relevant knowledge of diseases to my mothers during rounds. As a result, I met many parents and made many children remember that such a good brother has always cared about them. When I left school, I bought them some books and pens specially. Besides the department, I often come back to see them. Later, I liked children so much. In retrospect, it was because I was an intern in pediatrics. Here, I began to be familiar with cases and doctor's advice, and began to understand the commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs and chemotherapy drugs in pediatrics. Pediatrics is my beginning, and it also laid the foundation for my future internship.
Then there is the operating room life around. When I first walked into the operating room, my mind was blank and everything seemed so fresh. When we first went, the head nurse arranged a teacher for us. The teacher first led us to familiarize ourselves with the environment here, and then explained the working nature of the operating room to us. In the first few days, I still felt strange and puzzled. As a student, I feel either standing or sitting. Fortunately, my tutor is very kind to me, explaining everything to us and letting us do some things. Slowly, we became familiar with the procedures here. During these four weeks, I seriously studied the knowledge about the operating room, understood the working nature of the operating room, got familiar with the items and special instruments that need to be prepared for each operation, and mastered its basic operation methods. Unfortunately, I haven't been on the stage, hehe, it doesn't matter. The teacher said that the audience were all experienced teachers. I was deeply impressed by aseptic techniques, such as wearing sterile gloves, surgical gown and proper hand washing methods. I can operate skillfully and accurately. But because I didn't go on stage, I still don't know much about the names and uses of some surgical instruments, which is really a pity. My first injection was with a trocar in the operating room.
Just two weeks of ECG internship is the most relaxing for me. It's like traveling in space. Very generous. The good times will not last long. In the future, we will face a tense, complicated, busy and long life as an intern in the ward. Although the time is short, the department has gained a lot. I didn't learn ECG well in college before, but I made it up together this time. The successful practice of ECG also includes the high praise given by my patients. Although I didn't run around between wards, I still worked hard and dedicated myself silently. This is a turning point in my internship life, and "serving patients" has become my eternal theme since then.
Article 3: Self-evaluation of hospital nurses during probation period.
After working for a period of time, under the example and care of hospital leaders and head nurses, with the support and help of colleagues, I constantly strengthened my ideological and political study, constantly improved my work, and successfully completed various tasks. My personal ideological and political quality and professional work ability have made some progress, which has laid a good foundation for my future work and study. The work and research are summarized as follows:
Politically, we adhere to the concept of patient-centered and quality-centered nursing service, adapt to the new nursing model and the new situation of social development, actively participate in various political activities, take serving patients and contributing to society as the purpose, take patient satisfaction as the standard, and serve patients wholeheartedly.
Work and study, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, strictly implement the check system and nursing operation procedures, implement the system, reduce the occurrence of errors and accidents, strictly implement aseptic operation, and ensure the safety of pregnant women and newborns. Carry out the service concept of "patient-centered, quality-centered", serve politely, adhere to civilized language, and implement it in every post in the work. Dignified working hours, neat dress, courtesy, friendliness and standardization.
Seriously pass on, help and guide young nurses, do a good job of nurses, and strive to improve the writing quality of nursing medical records and the qualified rate of nursing forms; In view of shortcomings and mistakes, carefully summarize, analyze and find out hidden dangers in work, so as to nip in the bud.
In the process of work, I deeply feel my own shortcomings and know little about various infectious diseases. I obviously feel the urgency of strengthening my own study and improving my own quality. First, learn from books, insist on squeezing out a certain amount of time every day to enrich yourself and absorb all kinds of "nutrition" extensively; Second, learn from colleagues around you, always maintain a modest and prudent attitude, take the initiative to ask colleagues, and participate in various infectious disease knowledge classes organized by hospitals and departments; Third, learn from practice, apply what you have learned to practical work, examine what you have learned in practice, find out the shortcomings, improve yourself, and prevent and overcome the tendency of superficial knowledge.
I always remind myself that we should constantly strengthen ideological and moral cultivation and the exercise of personality quality, enhance the sense of dedication, and take selflessness as the focus of personality training. Not affected by some bad social atmosphere.
Ring, start from small things; Be strict with yourself, be loyal to your duties, prevent delay, and firmly establish the purpose of serving patients wholeheartedly.
The above is a summary of my work in the hospital for one month. These days, I deeply feel the positive vitality of the hospital, full of confidence in the future, and willing to contribute my meager strength to the hospital. Please give supervision and support to leaders and colleagues!
