Although I have never used this substance, judging from the molecular formula, the three F's must transport water. There is no suspense about this. The other side is calcium methanesulfonate. This calcium ion can be ionized in water, so this substance can be dissolved in water.
However, there is a water-transporting group in the molecular formula, so the solubility will not be very high. Generally, these substances appear to be used in pharmaceuticals or other organic synthesis. Specific solubility does not seem to be a very important parameter.
